Washable from end to end,

not a single crevice.

Faceted white aluminum housing, sealed to IP66 + IP69K, with a 115° polycarbonate optic and an included eye bolt. No components exposed to corrosion and no surfaces where dust, grease or water can collect.

Washed with the plant,

right where it hangs.

Daily sanitation uses high-pressure hot water. The Clean Plus passed the IP69K lab test: a 176 °F jet at 1,160 to 1,450 psi from 4 to 6 in, at four angles; afterwards it ran normally and passed the dielectric withstand and insulation tests. That is why it stays up and on while the area is washed.

Hang it and go.

It hangs from the included eye bolt on a hook or chain, at mounting heights over 20 ft. The steel safety cable comes in the box and the supply cable enters through a gland into a sealed box.

What does IP69K mean?

It is the highest rating against water: the fixture withstands 176 °F jets at 1,160 to 1,450 psi from 4 to 6 in away. The Clean Plus is also IP66 (dust and powerful jets) and IK08 (impact).

What does NSF/ANSI 2 cover?

NSF/ANSI 2 is the food equipment standard. The Clean Plus is certified for the splash zone and non-food zone with the polycarbonate optic, so it can be installed over meat, dairy, beverage and fresh produce processing lines.

Does it work in cold storage?

Yes. It operates from −40 to 113 °F, so it suits freezers, coolers, refrigerated docks and processing areas.

Is it certified?

Yes. It is UL listed to UL 1598 (UL Solutions, File E497790), verifiable in the public UL Product iQ directory, NSF/ANSI 2 certified and TAA compliant.

Can it be dimmed?

Yes, with version D (0–10 V dimmable driver), selected in the ordering code. Version S is on/off.
